"The vision for the NNF Centre came from my personal experience of the effectiveness of Neuroptimal® and how much it improved my quality of life. In order to share my discovery as widely as possible, I have been learning a lot, gaining knowledge in social work and psychology, which now allows me to observe the value of dynamic neurofeedback in even greater depth. 

 

I delved deeper into the Neuroptimal® neurofeedback (NNF) technology itself and finally started using it as a professional trainer-practitioner in 2018. Since its inception, we have performed more than 20,000 Neuroptimal® sessions and received endless positive feedback. Clients of our centre often notice an improvement in focus and concentration, sharpness of mind, feeling calmer and more confident, and improved sleep management. 

 

The benefits of Neuroptimal® sessions and improved performance are experienced by people in a wide range of professions: athletes, musicians, actors, artists and people with intense mental work. Customer feedback inspires me to continue to deepen my knowledge in this field and to fulfil one of my life's missions - to share the benefits of Neuroptimal® and improve people's lives.
